Awais Ltd refer personal injury compensation claim enquiries to a panel of specialist solicitors who are regulated by the Law Society. When a claim is accepted by the appointed solicitor, the solicitor pays Awais Ltd a referral fee for its services. This fee is paid by the solicitor, and not the client.

Special Notice in relation to Motor Insurance Bureau 'Untraced Driver' claims, Medical Negligence Claims, Criminal Injury Claims and all claims which fall within the Scottish jurisdiction:

Certain claims, such as claims against untraced drivers, criminal injury claims, medical negligence claims and claims which fall within the Scottish jurisdiction do not always allow solicitors to recover all of their legal costs. In these cases, the legal costs or some of the legal costs of these firms of independent solicitors may be required to be paid by you out of the compensation recovered by them on your behalf. We exclude these categories of case from our statement anywhere in this website to the effect that you will keep 100% of your compensation.

To the extent permitted by law Awais Ltd excludes liability for all inaccuracies present on the website.

Awais Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Awais Ltd and Awais Ltd shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

• Awais Ltd have used all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided by it is accurate and accords with current standards however it cannot account for the accuracy of information posted by users of the Website.

Agreement Termination

Awais Ltd shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of the website upon your breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

Termination shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights of either party.

Awais Ltd will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond the reasonable control of such party including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Use of Legal Link UK and these terms are subject to the laws of England which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licenses and conditions of use and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

It is hereby asserted that the website is intended for and directed at the UK and no representation or warranty is made as to whether the website complies with the regulatory regime and local laws of any other countries.
